Jeannette Ann Sprenger

	Jeannette Ann Sprenger, age 68, of 3609 State Route 13/127, Pinckneyville, passed away suddenly at her home Friday evening, November 23, 2001.
	Jeannette was born the daughter of William Geltz and Helen (Quackenbush) Templeton in Pinckneyville on July 16, 1933.  Jeannette was united in marriage to  Carl H. Sprenger August 20, 1955 at the First United Presbyterian Church in Pinckneyville and he survives.
	Jeannette was a lifelong resident of Pinckneyville, a member of the First United Presbyterian Church in Pinckneyville, was a Church Elder and Sunday School teacher and enjoyed quilting.  Jeannette was a retired registered dietician employed by the Pinckneyville Community Hospital and other healthcare facilities in the surrounding area.
	Jeannette is survived by her husband Carl of Pinckneyville; one son, Tim Sprenger and wife Jamie of St. Louis, Mo.; one daughter, Melissa Sprenger of Nashville, Tenn.; two sisters, Marge Hamilton and husband Glen and Kay West and husband Robert, both of Pinckneyville.  Jeannette was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Alice Marie Sutliff.
	 Funeral services were held Tuesday, November 27 at 11 a.m. at the First United Presbyterian Church in Pinckneyville with Reverend Tom Hobson officiating.  Interment was in the Mueller Hill Cemetery in Pinckneyville.
	Friends called at the Pyatt-Harrawood Funeral Home in Pinckneyville Monday evening from 6 until 9 p.m. and then at the church Tuesday morning from 8 a.m. until services.
	Memorials may be made to the First United Presbyterial Church or the American Diabetes Association.
